A previous paint coating can change the removal method and preparation needed. Ronald can assess the existing ceiling and explain the options during the estimate.
How much will my ceiling project cost?
The estimate depends on ceiling area, height, access, existing coatings, repairs, and the finish you choose. Send a few details or arrange a site visit for a project-specific price.
Can you match an existing texture?
Chamos assesses the existing pattern before planning a repair. Age, coatings, and lighting affect the match. Some ceilings benefit from refinishing a larger area for consistency.
How is my home protected?
Room protection and dust control are part of planning ceiling work. Confirm the masking, access, furniture arrangements, and cleanup included in your written estimate.
What if my ceiling has water damage?
The leak needs to be resolved and the area assessed and dry before cosmetic finishing. Then the damaged surface, texture, and painting requirements can be planned together.
